American Pie Pizza & Ice Cream

American Pie is an Outer Banks Pizza drive-in on the beach road in Kill Devil Hills. We’re located at mile post 9.5 across from the Ramada (not to far from Nags Head). Our pizza is hand-tossed and baked to perfection, and always piping hot.

Hand prepared pizza to order with freshly made dough, tons of toppings, and ready for you to take-out or eat-in, American Pie Pizza is just what your group craves. Large group pizza orders in Kill Devil Hills are our specialty.

Only outdoor seating available, but plenty of seats and shaded options. We had pizza and ice cream. The staff is friendly, work well together to get ice cream orders quickly made. We all enjoyed the pizza and ice cream.
